What is the best proticol do rid Anxiety symptoms ?

Person has been having the following symptoms for 3 months now....

Heart Palpatations
Dizziness
Light Headedness
Shortness of Breath
Muscle Twithes
Stomach Convulsing

Has had accupuncture, has helped some, but when not on the Chinese herbs, feelings are fatigue, palpatations return and dizzy.

Any suggestions, that will rebalance and bring person back to normal.... ?
