Re: Society is really out of touch

I fasted to avoid surgery and at 40 years old have never had one. I think of it this way: if some stranger comes up to me on the street and stabs me in the stomach, that's considered assault and battery--I'm not going to pay someone thousands of dollars to do the same thing to me in a hospital!

That said, I am not totally anti-surgery: if I am in a car wreck and body parts need to be reattached, then I want a good surgeon. But I digress...

Fasting is the ultimate plastic surgeon and the safest way to go, in my opinion.

And no, people do not think these things out. They are too afraid to think for themselves. Roe Gallo tells how she ended life-long allergies and asthma after fasting and she attributes this to not listening to her doctors and signing herself out of the hospital when they put her on steroids--her "critical thinking" class she took in college helped her to do this. BRavo to the independent thinkers! They deserve whatever benefits they receive from their fasts.

FAsting is not for the timid. But the results are so worth it.
