Are you following a specific flush that you've found here, or using a version of your own?

I just do colemas, and follow Andreas' protocol the night of the flush and the following day.

If you're depressed it might be due to having stones still in your colon. I get that way at times.

Try not being so hard on yourself. You didn't do anything wrong.
