When I eat fruit and (soaked) nuts/seeds, I feel strangely content. I hope this isnt an indication of some kind of Sugar rush. Who needs that! I have read that fruitarians dont suffer from diabetes, say, because of the fibre in the fruit which slows down the absorption of the sugars. I believe we were meant to eat this diet in the first place; Id say nature knew what she was doing. What do *you* think?
