1St Flush. Wow, unbelieveable. I'm shocked.

Hi all.
I've just done an 1st flush last night. Pass out about 100-200 green small stone pea-size and whole bunch of tan stuff ( I think that is cholestarol).
I have prepare for this flush a week before . I had comsumed alot of apple juice, green salad and try not touch oilly, fried stuff. For the whole day yesterday, I had only small plain rice soup with egg for breakfast at 10am. I took my 1st ES with fresh homemade grapefruit juice at 7:00pm, again 2nd at 9:00pm, then Olive oil with fresh press grapefruit juice at 11:00pm. Lie down right away as it said and fall sleep after that. Got up at 5:30am. Then WAM! they'are out.
I had no pain or vomit, nothing at all. But fell alot of gas or something moving right after drank the oil.
Anyway, Thank you god for lead me to this site and thank you all for your supports. Can't wait to try again.
