chance piedra works wonders. i take it in tea form and it is amazing still. if i have bad symptoms after a flush taking chanca piedra helps reduce them. also, chance piedra breaks up stones better than anything else period. of course i use chanca piedra, chinese bitters, and apple juice/apple cider for the best results(to get out the most stones per flush) nothing beats the combination of those 3 specifically for me.
