Can you interpret dreams?

Look guys, had a dream about my dead husband. He gave me a beautiful ring with a light blue stone on the ring and it was gold. He placed it on the right hand.

I told him I thought you forgot and he said he could not forget.

What does this mean. The dream is more involved but do not want to share more than this on the huge internet. Yikes.
