You bring up a very goooooood point. Let's look into it together. I think its a game of influence personally. If you are running with a separation/victim consciousness then you can be influenced. As you get clearer, the influence becomes less.

We see the powers that be place high emphasis on controlling things in the outer domain through education, media, etc and also from a brain health (consciousness tuner) paradigm by using toxins etc. This to me suggests that they must control the hardware and the software. If they just controlled within then the outer dance would be unnecessary.

I think there are influences within as well but more from other realms than this one, although this realm now has technology to influence so we are seeing more. There are patents on mind broadcasting tech.

Emotions follow thoughts and I think they are a form of energy. A kind of energetic food and they are being stimulated as a source for parasites. I think this is done by getting people to follow a scriipt that gets coded into the software of the mind while honing the function of the hardware, so to speak.
