Re: an irritated liver vs a sluggish liver?

You sound very similiar to me!!!! I've been sick for 3 years with some unknown ailment which Navy doctors (yes I'm military)
have been unable to diagnose to my satisfaction. The true symptom to my suffering is a wierd right sided cranial inflammation/headache seconded by eczema in my hand plus just an overall feeling of sickness everytime I ate or drank. Now I consider myself an in-shape fit person, however I've abused the triple toxin triangle (caffeine, nicotine, alcohol) plus lived on a standard american diet all my life. It became apparent to me that somehow I needed to fast to eliminate these toxins. It's just a matter of coincidence that I came upon the Liver Flush website in my 3 year search for the cause of symptoms. I tried it immediately and got tangible results (yes I put in a jar)-I didn't do any prep period, but like you had been on some sort of wierd, non allergenic , health food store diet. My symptoms have subsided substantially and I enjoyed a bacon bleu cheese burger(not recommended)for the first time w/no side effects. I can't wait until my next flush because I can feel them in there, but in the meantime I'm totally stoked.......I've never considered myself a religious person but thank God!!!!!!!
