Guys, many thanks for all your help; it saves me lots of time as there is so many infos that I have to catch up. My biggest issue is chronic fatigue; feeling sleepy most of the time.

Newport, regarding your Adrenal Miracle Mix, as I live in UK, there is no Morton Salt here, there is a 'Lo Salt '.

LoSalt is a blend of at least 66.6% potassium chloride and up to 33.3% sodium chloride. So gram for gram, LoSalt contains 66% less sodium than regular table sea and rock salts.

So what is your suggested ratio of Sea Salt to 'Lo Salt' (if it can be used) ?

Do I drink this mixture in replacement of my daily water intake & for how long I should continue with this? Can you give me some links on why this mixture is good for adrenal functions?

If I supplement with the iherb selenium you suggest, do I have to take another form of selenium, or the elemental form; how much brazil nuts is good for supplying the selenium?

As about the other supplement Methionine,I still have to read about the Adrenal & mercury links you provide as I have 10 mercury fillings & my hair analysis report shows my Se to Hg (mercury) ratio is very low; meaning mercury is affecting my selenium level; so are my iron to Hg & Zinc to Hg levels.
