Speaking of Giving Thanks

Ben Taylor's 90 year old father, who is amazingly spry and lucid (he will still take a turn or three on the dancefloor with the ladies), has pretty much eaten whatever he wanted all his life.  Now, he doesn't eat excessively and does eat mostly home cooked food, but biscuits and gravy and bacon make frequent appearances at breakfast.  Being Ben's dad, he naturally takes a lot of good supplements including intraMAX now, but for the most part that has only been the case for the relatively short number of years Ben has owned Utopia Silver.  So what, other than good genes, might that be attributed too?  Well, one thing he has not done for a long, long time is see mainstream doctors or take mainstream drugs, but there is another thing he does that I would hesitate to take lightly:

He says grace and prays over each and every one of his meals.

All the best,

Tony
