Re: Video On Eating Raw Meat for Health & Strength
"the sound effects creeped me out. otherwise, i liked it. i have never eaten cows tongue. do you eat the ouside of it or just the inside muscle?"
I eat what my gums can handle. Raw meat is very tough. I find that the inner meat is often easier to chew, and the outer tongue can be like leather.
Can you tell me more about what about the sound effects creeped you out? How exactly did it make you feel? Was it the very high pitches? Dr. Tomatis' teachings on sound healing has some fascinating insights in to that. I wont be offended. I'm glad you are commenting honestly. It's hard to get any comments at all about those sounds.
"i eat everything as raw as possible, though i do like that seared flavor on the outside and the fat warmed up a little."
Yes, room temperature raw meat is not as palatable to me as when it is warmed up.
"wayne green eats calf liver raw, just warmed a little on the griddle. he swears by it....
It would be neat to eat a still-beating heart, and it is the heart, tongue and brain that were considered the prime cuts by the natives, who ate most of their meat raw.
