Re: Acne, Detox...how long till my skin clears??

Hey thinker! about the same happened to me. Started changing my life and hardcore cleansing and THEN my skin looks horrible. Its hard to tell people how health conscience you are because you know they are wondering why your face looks like a war zone!!

For me, to fix my hormones I had to do 2 things. 1:Liver Flush( the liver helps control hormones, along with a lot of other great things it does).2: Go Vegan! And that involves little to no soy. Soy is TERRIBLE for your hormones. Plus I didnt want go Vegan but still be eating "hot dogs","cheese" and "milk", kwim? I really wanted to make a huge change in my life, not just try to look cool when I told people I was vegan.

I know these changes made a difference because in just a few short weeks I started having periods that are on-time,only last 2 days,and with no pain!!! My whole life I had irregular periods, that were 8 days long with unreal amounts of pain.

I also started doing things like the Master Cleanse, cleaning my bowels,flushing my kidneys,eating superfoods,juicing,etc...

I must say at this point im still dealing with Acne BECAUSE in my hormone imbalanced state, I had mites over-populate and take over my face. Once I realized this I started treating my skin for it and it is doing really,really well. And I hope to have 100% skin very,very soon!
