Hi Marlene,

As far as I know, the foods to avoid are wheat, oats, rye and barley - but also maybe white rice - I think brown rice is okay.
People who are celiac, when they eat gluten their body damages their small intestine - however, I have read that after three months on a gluten free diet the body can repair the damage.
