Hep b Testing

Okay I just had unprotected oral sex about 5 seconds worth on saturday. I was tested today just to make sure I didn't catch anything. The doctor did a Hep B test on me but he didn't say weather it was immediately detectable or not. Is it? Thanks again. I also didn't cleanse my fingers immediately after having sex finger sex with her, Do you think there is a risk?. You know it was sober sex and I am usually very careful abut who I sleep around with. I thought it was just going to be straight condom type sex but she just went down on me and I didn't expect it.
