The developer of this system, Clayton Nolte, says that this water is naturally balanced, ie what nature intended. It does not have a neg ORP and works differently than the alkalizing machines.

On the site you will see videos that show the energy in the water via Dr. Popovs GDV (a new testing system beyond Kirlian).

The whole house unit is $999, so a lot of people get the shower unit and then fill jugs of water to use in the kitchen. (Good for apartment dwellers).

I am not involved in selling these units, but have listened to all the online videos and audios I can find. I think Clayton's units are affordable and they will help heal the ground water (of septic system users) and city water systems.

Of particular note are the talks with Vickie Frank. She spent $15,000 on various water filters and none worked to solve their health problems, until they got a Utopic Water machine.

It is a simple inline system that the water flows through. No electricity and nothing to change.
