seborrheoic dermatitis - alergens or toxins

Hi
I have a question. I´ve had dandruff for whole my life and I think its genetic or something. It did use to go away sometimes. But around 18-19 it turned into seborrheoic dermatitis. Now apart from all that has been said around here I noticed that I never get diarrhoea. My last diarrhoea might have been in my 17s I also dont have abdominal pain. It doesn really matter what I eat even if I eat something really bad. That leads me to think that my gut doesnt have this defensive mechanism or something....
Now the thing is that Iam getting outbreaks everytime
I eat kefir, grapeseed oil, olive oil, vinegar...also oats with milk is killing for me, I can feel my digestion is so bad with this one...
I had terrible allergic reaction on food only once in my life (and that was different from dermatitis) and I never found out what food it caused... Now are some of these die off reactions of the yeast or allergic reactions
or both.....if its allergy what caused this allergy.
If its die off reactions then why it doesnt stop at some point. I also notice when my activity is low outbreaks are low which means that its better If im burning things in my mucles. But what am I burning food alergens or yeast toxins.
Someone here said that the dermatitis helping you to cope with something....I do believe in that. May be it just keeps out the reaction I once had on that food...
But I really dont know
What would you do...
