HELP! Would love to "tune in" to these videos

Unfortunately cannot open them for some reason that I don´t know how to fix...... Anyone have a suggestion?
Up until recently there was no problem opening up videos on CZ. I think the problem started since we had to download a "new improved version" of the anti-virus we´d been using all these years. Now what shows is a big empty white box, with a tiny square up in the left hand corner with 3 geometric signs in the square; a square, circle and triangle.
We can still watch videos on YouTube - will look there if no one can come up with a solution here. Thanks in advance.
