tincture dose

hello

i am wanting to place an order with you for bf&c but am unsure about capsule doses. I currently take the tincture at a rate of 10 droppersful x4 a day (from a 4oz bottle) but would like to switch to capsules. Could you please tell me what the equivalent dose of 00 capsules would be and how much would be too much (i have a poorly healed frature to sort out!)
