Re: Neck/ shoulder Pain after liver flush...

The food sensitivities and sugar sensitivities should have lessened to the degree that you can use apple cider by now. I can't imagine using vinegar.

I also never paid much attention to the pre and post flush requirements other flushes suggest.

The pain in the shoulder into the mid thoracic spine IS reflex from the liver.

Several reasons for it: As the liver decongests it'll shrink back to it's normal size. That pulls on the ribs and will give you those sharp stabbing pains. If you've ever injured a rib you know how sensitive they are. Plus as the liver shrinks back to normal size you'll get more right lung capacity.

The liver was built to process liquids, not solids, so anything that is passing through that is not liquid you'll feel. That pain is pretty constant and you can feel the pain go to the bottom of the liver.

Once the liver is back on line it'll start collecting debris from the body that needs to be processed out. Lymphatic debris. Some of that can get pretty thick and cause some pain as it passes through.

All may reflex back to the right shoulder and mid back. Plus you'll notice as you go through this that your neck will loosen up.

The nervous system runs the whole show so any cleansing you do you'll feel.

The road can get lengthy but rest assured it's only a once in a lifetime deal and once on the other side well worth it. It's so much better the second time around.
