Usually when someone asks if they have Candida, they are new to everything, so they'll definitely get die-off.
I've had trouble with my lungs the last 10 years, including broncitis and pneumonia, honestly I don't think the weather helped or hurt it, at least for me. It's a detoxification and it can happen anywhere. I've always felt the cold air was cleaner and has helped me actually (I wear a scarf if lungs are already damaged).

I don't know what this is, I assume some kind of test? You took the test and you haven't gotten the results back? What was it testing for?

The one benefit of a warm climate is you get more sun, which means more vitamin D, and people tend to get more fresh air. I recupperated quite nicely here, so it's not needed, it's just "nice to have".
