that is why i suggest using potassium iodide, the form most convenient to the thyroid for this function, and elemental iodine, which already has this job done. i find the most effective form of elemental is the energized monoatomic nascent form exemplified with magnascent iodine.

good stuff, Hv. thanks. my 75yo dad was doing well on SSKI but since he began adding magnascent he said his joints no longer hurt and his energy is through the roof. GO DAD!!!
