Well today I am tired as many days without sleep and I feel a sore throat coming on. I will go make my green smoothie with 2 T. of olive leaf and will feel better soon.

I just cant sleep and have 3 hours sleep and get up to yes check the computer. It is Friday and just dreamed about my dead father, but for the life of me I can't remember what he told me.

Oh well, I am so glad to see you back Ren, you were well missed.
