I have also felt amazingly good after a liver flush, whilst not passing very many stones. I have mostly heard about the negative emotions being released after a liver flush, so my happy feelings were quite a surprise - pleasant, but confusing. You are probably still passing stones; an enema a day for several days afterwards usually turns up quite a few more.
