Guggul lipids is an extract from an Indian gum tree (Commiphora mukul). In traditional indian folk medicine it is used for the digestive problems and seems to increase HDL and lower cholesterol overall.
I eat just regular mint (spearmint I think), but I think any mint would help. Mint is known as a folk remedy for digestive ails in Britain.
I think that these things are probably helpful but, as an adjunct to liver flush, which provides fairly dramatic results.
