Uklad not sure who you're addressing but we're just talking through the issue that was brought up, I never claimed to know that working out was what did it for cureforcurezone, just that it's a possibility as is sweating out toxins and managing stress (and being free from infection and auto-immune disorders, etc.)
When was the last time you didn't feel stressed/anxious with this condition? What was the last thing you tried? (I know you've "tried it all")
Anyway I walked and sweated 5 miles today through Forest Park here in Portland. I have spent way too much time sitting in front of this damn computer. I suggest others get out and do the same. One thing at a time, no easy cures.
