O/T Help! Food poisoning (I think)

This is either from the disgusting americana dinner 48 hours ago, the Whole Foods hot bar or salad bar stuff the next day which I KNOW better than to eat, or maybe just too much chipotle sauce on an otherwise really great raw meal tonight, but it's 5 in the morning and my stomach hurts so bad I can't sleep at all. There's def. a lot of gas.

What do you think, salt water flush? I took some activated charcoal and acidophilus. I'm dying here.
