Hi. There have been those who have done this; some claimed it helped cure them. Others not so much. The question of yeast in the urine is a good one though, and I am not sure of the answer. There are plenty of natural antifungals you can consider, though, that are not poisonous to the body. Here is a short but by no means complete list:
