Herbs taken without food

I know RG has always said to wait at least 30 minutes after taking capsules before eating.

I found it very strange when I read recently on the parasites forum that a few people stated you definitely should take herbs/cleansers WITH food. Their reasoning is that you want the food the parasites eat to be laced with the herbs.

To me, RG's advice makes much more sense -- giving the parasites only the herbs so there is no other "choice" for them, as there would be with food. I just thought I would state the strange conflict in opinions. Tweet
