Can an emema go past the transverse colon?

I am using an emema about 3 times a week for cleansing. I use a 2 quart bag and use a castile soap solution, often times using two bags. I massage the water up to my transverse colon and can hear the water about midway through (about center of ribcage). Is there any way to get the water to go farther? I lay on my right side for about 5 minutes and message then roll over again on the left side. twice a week I will use a coffee enema after the soapy enema and of course rinse with salt water.

I wish I could afford a colonic board but not possible right now. I have also just started using Oxypowder as well.

Is there a way to get the solution as far a possible and if so, will it come out?
