who has launched the NCPReP, North Carolina Pandemic Response Project, referred to the mandatory swine flu vaccine issue.
The project was launched few days ago by sending an open letter to Governator of the State of North Carolina Beverly Perdue

Although this initiative is being taken in North Carolina, everybody is invited to participate, and given the seriousness of the potential incumbent mandatory laws for the swine flu vaccine, everybody should be interested
