An apple a day: magnesium to detox excitotoxins.
You have toxic overload from Nutrasweet. Here's a great link (below) to untangle the after-effects. Snack on Apples to get some Magnesium. This inability to de-tox could be aggravated by systemic Candida from any
Antibiotic use. Candida grabs up free Magnesium, as well as creating it's own PMS hormone--Estrogen. Whack back Candida with a course of Undecylenic acid (available on the web) or the less effective but easier to find Caprylic acid.
Coke has a high Phosphoric Acid content, a real bone eater. Have some Sardines with the bones left in, and try to remineralize with a plant mineral supplement, not irritating Colloidal Minerals. Get some Pantethine, the metabolized form of B-5 which forms the Master Coenzyme A, which detoxifies Acetaldehyde, a major player in tissue degradation, a possible source of pain. One brand, Enzymatic Therapy, sells Pantethine as a cholesterol lowering supplement, CHOLESTORIL.
With all the Caffeine in Coke, you could have Adrenal Collapse. This can cause anxiety and emotional lability. Keep good salt, like Celtic Salt, in your diet; and Essential Fatty Acids like raw
Olive-Oil and Grape Seed Oil (no Flaxseed Oil, please, as this blocks the uptake of
Iodine to the Thyroid); and an organic Ribeye Steak every once in a while, all to support the Adrenals. Adrenal Collapse is the chemical basis for "Shell Shock" and takes a long time to recover.
Consider the KETO-7 form of DHEA which doesn't form other hormones. Test yourself with some cheapie DHEA, the over-the-counter Adrenal Hormone. Take when "down." If you feel better twenty minutes later, you have self-diagnosed Adrenal Collapse. Women only need the lower doses.
Insomnia can be caused by Caffeine, but permanent brain damage the the sleep center, the Hippocampus, can ensue if there isn't enough Choline in the diet. Choline is in Egg Yolks. Poach an organic Egg, or try some Soy Lecithin, not my favorite as Soy is problematic.
Let us know how you are, O.K.? God bless!
