If he gets jaundiced, he needs a doctor's attention ASAP

If he's vomiting yellow bile, that's not good. As I already stated, if he gets jaundiced, please go to a doctor asap as it could be pancreatitis. You can try some Epsom Salt dissolved in some warm water to see if that helps. Watch him carefully, because if it doesn't help, go to a doctor asap.
