Mirena effects listed in my Booklet

I found my booklet and here's waht it says word for word:

Cysts on ovary and menstrual bleeding irregularity are most common side effects during the first months after the system is inserted, but these effects should decrease over time. Other side effects might include lower abdominal pain,headache, Acne or other skin problems,tender breasts,bachache,depression,a feeling of sickness,or menstrual pain.
The following side effects have been observed in studies of women taking mirena:
Common: Change in menstrual bleeding patterns,urinary tract infection,abdominal pain,nausea,pain in muscles and joints,depression,headache,breast pain,genital discharge,ovarian cyst,vaginal infection,fiboadenoma of breat (benign breast lump),acne.
Uncommon: Hypertension,irregular heart beat,breast discharge,diarrehea,toothache,tooth disorder,hemmerrhoids,enlarged abdomen,fatique,edema,leg pain,flu-like symptoms,pain,allergic reaction,ear infection,pneumonia,sore throat,infection,fever,breast infection,weight increase,tendonitis,benign vaginal lesion,dizziness,migraine headache,nervousness,altered mood,painful urination,urinary incontinance,changes infrequency of urination,premantrual tension,infection/inflammation of the uterus, endometriosis,infection of the cervix,decreased libido (sex drive),genital disorder,painfulintercourse,uterine fibroid,genital itching,asthma,increased sweating,excessive hair growth,hair loss,eczema,seborrhea,dry skin,skin disorder,itching.

Wow that was a lot of typing I tell ya!!! I hope this helps some of you out there, I can't believe you guys didn't get this info!!! Now maybe some of you will know why you are exp symptoms. I just couldn't understand why people were complaining about having side effects they should have already known about, so i appologize for that.
