Hey just wanted to give you guys some hope

I guess you could say i beat candida or atleast got it under control.

I used to break out in hives everyday no matter what i ate at one point.

Major acid reflux, joint pain ect..

Now the only problem im having is acid reflux and its minor. Im in the process of takin probiotics to build my intestinal flora back up.

I believe the acid reflux is from gas pressure from not going to the bathroom enough.

Here is what i did to kill of my candida

I did 2 complete Oxy Aloe Flush Kits, while i was doing those i took about 4 oz of Meso-Silver daily. After the first 7 weeks i was feeling a lot better but i was still having some problems so i decided to do another 7 weeks. Then I started downing huge amounts of probiotics, around 300 billion good bacteria daily for around a month. Now ive cut it down to 50 billion 2 times a day plus i put some in yogurt and allow it to grow and eat that.

Im starting to do P&B shakes but it seems when i take to much fiber i get the runs so im contacting my doctor on that.

Im either constipated or runny lol feels bad man, but im 10 times better than where i was so there is hope......if you have the money and my mom is now 3k in debt thanks to this, i told her a gun woulda been cheaper lol... Tweet
