we all have moments of forgetfulness so nothing to worry about.
Some people (like me) are more prone to stress and its effects: you get the "cool as cucumber types"..........well I am just the opposite!
I deal with my own self-induced stress/anxiety via nutrition, although I originally practiced hatha yoga a few years ago for several months, which helped, but nutrition and rebound-exercise were the keys to alleviating it in my own case.
