Colloidal Silver cream

My son has a skin irritation on the back of his leg that began as small warts and is now a bright red irritation. We have been to the dermatologist who has said it may be fungal or it may be eczema - could not be determined without scraping, which we chose not to do. I have been treating it twice a day with prescription anti-fungal cream and also spraying it with Utopia's Colloidal Silver . We have not seen much improvement, so I am thinking about trying a Colloidal Silver cream.

Do you have a recommendation of a reputable Colloidal Silver cream that would be strong enough to kill the fungus if it is fungal? Utopia doesn't seem to have one on their website and I don't know which other ones to trust.

Or, any other ideas.
