Re: and the mold sensitivity?

what could be causing this chromium deficiency? is it candida? is it stemming from the same thing that is causing the mold sensitivity?

i am guessing you will say adrenal exhaustion...do you think the gut fermentation intoxication scenerio could explain it? precipitated by gluten allergy or other genetic factors?

I can think of a couple of possibilities.  Simple sugars stimulate chromium excretion, iron and chromium are antagonistic to each other so high iron intake could decrease chromium, or malabsorption possibly due to intestinal inflammation.  Acids also play a role in absorption, so it could have also been from a lack of stomach or intestinal acids.
