pancreatitis/liver/diverticulitis
my mum has been having sharp pains in her left rib when she bends over. a previous doctor (who has the bedside manner of a suicide bomber) told her it 'could be' pancreatitis. her liver tests are always high (but i think that's more to do with her cholesterol and blood pressure meds - let's not go there, it keeps me awake at night).
my mum's mum died young from liver cancer and there is a history of liver disease on her side. so she is wigging out. she is a worrier; but she is also a warrior. she's much tougher than she thinks she is.
my mum also has diverticulitis/ibs, chronic bloating/fluid retention, flaking weak nails, hot flushes (many, many years after menopause and hrt treatments - and she hasn't done hrt for years). she also has strange pains in her right foot - and scans show nothing.
she thought i was poisoning her when i gave her DE water. there's zero inheritance at stake here so i think she just didn't like it. i make her take bitters but she forgets unless i'm there. i think it's probably about stomach acid and liver function/bile and adrenals. all her symptoms are linked, right?
can you please suggest a protocol for her? i tell her stuff like bitters, acerola berry, tmg, maca blah blah - but i don't know enough to tell her 'take 2 of these before breakfast, 1 before lunch' etc: a protocol. she would follow a definitive protocol.
she's really not very well. and she's very stressed out. she's my mum and she's very funny and very clever and so very lovely. she's just the best ever. really. and i want to help her more than anything. so i'm asking you, cos i know you'll know...
thanks hv.
and. boo. happy halloween
