One thing about bowel cleansing
Be sure to do an enema if you cannot do a
colonic after you flush. P&B shakes DO NOT get everything out that should be gotten out. Did you do the shakes the day you passed stones, or just before?
Hanna is emphasizing the importance of this because when the toxins are released from the liver, they can become trapped in the lower bowel, and need to be gotten out with water pressure (enema, colema, or colonic).
Many of us, myself included, made the mistake of finding out too late that enemas or
colonics are VITAL to removing chaff, stones, and toxins. If they are recirculated through the liver, they can cause LOTS of problems. I got a terrible facial breakout after my 3rd flush and learned a huge lesson.....ALWAYS use an enema or get a
colonic if possible after any flush.
I was using Colosan and bowel cleansing for MONTHS before I started flushing, and continued while flushing. However, the process can really be shocking when you get a colonic. I had been on Colosan 3 times a day for a week, and had done p&b shakes for months, done SWF's, etc.....this went on for almost 4 months. Imagine my shock when I got 3
colonics and got out tons of old mucous and fecal matter.
So the moral of the story is that you still should always do an enema after you
flush your liver . Your body will thank you. It makes a huge difference. Prior bowel cleansing is somewhat important, but the MORE important issue is to get all of the toxins, stones, etc....out after you flush. Believe us when we stress how important this is.
