I think it is an adjustable Hulda Clark Zapper but they don't mention the phrase "positive offset voltage". So it might just be a square wave signal generator. Hulda Clark recommends just using a Positive offset Zapper for Tapeworms because the segments die at different frequencies and you could spit them up and increase their numbers.

Assuming the equipment that diagnosed you as having fish Tapeworms is accurate. I would go to Doctor Sutters forum. Use Zymex 2 which dissolves the tape worms in the digestive track. Be sure to take it on an empty stomach so the digestive enzymes work on the worms instead of the food.
