Norway and Sweden have compulsory vaccinations?

All must vaccinate? Is that Sweden or Norway? Usually those countries use a lot more common sense and have a sense of personal freedom.

The biggest joke for me here is that everything has been fairly ok for the last year since the H1N1 had come out, now that the vaccine is here there is a big emergency and a big panic to get vaccinated and it's a major problem. Something is not right.
