I love your energy! I find that reading your messages are healing, especially when you are speaking directly to me. That is a wonderful gift you have.

I was laughing about the twitching! Nice about the lips. I think mine are a little fuller also now that you mention it.

I have experienced more psychic awareness with iodine, and I was pondering the possibility that we can have more control over ourselves, such as gaining fuller lips or firmer legs, as well as healthier liver, happy kidneys etc. --just by asking ourselves or desiring those things.

Why not?
