Lost pint of Coffee!

I am so glad I found this site. I am new to doing enemas and had a weird experience last week. I have been doing a 2 qt. lemon enema and a 1 pint coffee enema once a week for a month now. I am having great results until last Thursday. I did the 2 qt lemon enema no problem (and that is usually the hard one as it is so much to retain for a 3-4 min time) I eliminated it and then did the 1 pint coffee enema, holding for 15 min while on my right side. After the 15 min I got up expecting to eliminate it as I usually do but nothing happened. I clean up the bathroom and still nothing. I finally called my Dr. at 9 pm at night and he said if I was not running a fever and in horrible pain not to worry about it. I have had mild pain/discomfort on my left side sense this happened, almost like a cramp that you get sometimes on your side when running. I did have a small BM the next morning but no coffee, no coffee smell, nothing. The enemas I do are out of the Prescription for Nutritional Healing book by Phyllis Balch... I love this book. I don't know who else to ask these questions to...believe me I have tried talking to people about it and they look at me in, I'm not sure if its disbelief or disgust! OK, my questions are: Where is the coffee? Has anyone had this happen to them? How far do you put the hose in? I put mine in 18 ". Any help would be appreciated. Thank you ...the walking Thermos
