Hi Kat! Are you having a hard time falling asleep because you have so much zipzapping energy? I remember tapping my toe ferociously while talking to my friend, while on the MC....sooooo much energy. I did my errands around town in half the time - I walked soo fast! Is it that?
Or is it anxiety?
I would go to sleep reeeally late to ensure that I was going to go to sleep. Don't go to bed before you're drop dead tired. If you have to get up early, just try not to worry about it. We can function quite well on less sleep every once in a while. That might not really address your sleeplessness if it's based on anxiety, though!
