Re: Water Fast Journal, beginning October 20th

Hey everyone, 4th day down
I just had to log on and make a post here
I just came home from work
and found my parents had made pizza, (they make good pizza)
and had saved me some
not to mention they had the ruffles chips I LOVE!
It's entirely too late to eat, but normally I would have been okay with a late dinner
but those are the kind of eating habits I'm trying to get rid of
so, I filled my water bottle up quick and ran for it
and decided posting would be helpful at the moment

I hope everyone else is doing well with their fasts!
