B&P cleanse and menstrual irregularity

I know we previously asked about the possibility of interrupting birth control during a cleanse, but I seem to have a problem. I currently take the pill and I have been cleansing for 3 weeks. My period came 2 weeks early, and has gone on for 8 days now (my norm is 5). Plus I am due for my regularly scheduled period in 7 days.
At what point should I worry about this bleeding? It isn't very heavy but shows no sign of stopping.
Have any of you ladies out there had this?
Not worried yet...but getting there....
