Bulking Agent III also taste like cloves. It suggests mixing it with tomato juice, V-8 or Apple Juice. It states that product clashes with citrus juices - so don't use them.

Bulking Agent III contains:

Psyllium Seed Husk 75% by weight
Inulin (chicory root extract)
Dandelion Root
Spirulina
Cloves
Calcium Pantothenate

I love tomato juice, so I have not a problem getting it down. In fact, I think the tomato juice helps me with the bitter taste of the cloves.
