So I am wondering how or if frequencies can be safely used to kill possible echinococcus cysts and or the actual worm? I understand the concern for taking precautions to kill tapeworms, but cysts do not seem to pose the same problems?

Actually it is the cysts that will kill you depending on size. The latest frqs I have will kill the cyst content as long as it can be reached and of course any flare ups via hatching.
I can only tell you what I would do and did, that is get a good Rife setup and run these frqs. The largest cysts was 800g that is enough to do you in for good and it took under 4 hrs to kill.
My Dad had several in his bones that showed up much later and needed to be zapped they where about 20g and took less than 15m.
