CONSTIPATION! Help needed

Please, help!
does anybody knows what's best to do for constipation...?
I would appreciate your answer!!!!!
I 've done one recipie yestuday - and passed mucus and lot's of stuff i didn't look at it....
and yest even. tryed it again and nothing....CONSTIPATED!
